BEFORE YOU WRITE

A few useful starting points.

A little detail helps us understand what you are looking for.

Share the piece name, preferred finish, approximate quantity and destination. If size matters for your space, include the dimensions you need so the available specifications can be discussed.

Use “Trade & interior projects” and tell us about the space, your intended use, quantities, location and planned timing. A short description of the atmosphere you want to create is also helpful.

Choose “Product care & details” and name the piece. Confirm the specific guidance for food contact, water, dishwashers or microwaves before use, as suitability can differ between materials and finishes.

Choose “Existing order” and include your order reference. Describe the question and relevant item names. Please do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in your message.
